Visitors

We made it home yesterday afternoon after an eventful trip back including a stop to feed babies and let Jackson use the potty at a small town courthouse (The gas station in the town has been closed, so we stopped at the courthouse and asked if we could use the bathroom and feed the babies, the women were very nice and hung out with us the entire time.) I don't think anything was accomplished in the King Count Courthouse yesterday afternoon. We actually sat in the little court room to feed the babies and the sheriff even stopped by! Kind of fun. They told us to stop any time! Anyway . . .

When you take 4 babies back to your home town, you better expect some visitors! Actually, it was great to get to show them off to people I’ve known forever. Who doesn’t like to show off their baby and who doesn’t love to come hold a baby that they don’t actually have to take home. The great part about having 4 babies, is that when people come to meet them, no one has to wait their turn to hold the baby, they just “walk in the door and get a baby” (as the 14 year old neighbor girl noted). Jackson always enjoys the extra attention too!

They were definitely showered with attention and loved on by all! What are they going to do now that we are home they are back to the 4:1 ratio (them to me)?! There might be some impatient crying at our house for a week . . . or two . . .

(I thought I had more pictures of all our visitors and friends, but I guess I did more visiting than picture taking:)
